The top four teams from the RSC East and West Divisions qualified for the tournament. IU East earned the right to host as RSC East champion, which was predetermined before the season. The quarterfinal matchups cross over the divisions with the division winners on opposite sides of the bracket.

IU Kokomo (28-8, 16-0 RSC) is the No. 1 seed out of the RSC West as the division champion. The Cougars are already guaranteed an automatic bid to the NAIA national tournament as the overall RSC regular-season champion across both divisions. The RSC Tournament champion will also receive an automatic bid to nationals. If IU Kokomo repeats as tournament champion, then the tournament runner-up will qualify for NAIAs.

IU Kokomo, which has won 22 straight matches, plays its first tournament match versus Ohio Christian University (12-20, 5-11 RSC), the No. 4 seed from the RSC East. That match is on Friday at 12 p.m.

IU East (18-18, 12-4 RSC) won the RSC East Division, and the Red Wolves are the No. 1 seed from their half of the bracket. They play the first match of the tournament, which is Friday at 9:30 a.m. versus IU Southeast (17-18, 11-5 RSC), the No. 4 seed from the RSC West.

Brescia (Ky.) University (22-13, 13-3 RSC) is the No. 2 seed out of the RSC West. The Bearcats matchup against WVU Tech (23-13, 6-10 RSC), the No. 3 seed from the RSC East, on Friday at 2:30 p.m. The winner will move on to play the IU East-IU Southeast winner in the semifinals.

Point Park (Pa.) University placed second in its division for the No. 2 seed from the RSC East. The Pioneers play Asbury (Ky.) University (18-7, 12-4 RSC), the No. 3 seed from the RSC West, on Friday at 5 p.m. It is the final match of the first day, and the winner will face the IU Kokomo-Ohio Christian in the first semifinal on Saturday.
