    The big day has finally arrived. The wedding is scheduled to take place at 6:30pm. In order to get ready, the bride arrives at the church at 5:00am. She is accompanied by all of her bridesmaids, who have but one job for the day—make her look beautiful!
  • Gospel singer strikes a chord with new album
    Gospel singer Aubri Colescott hopes to strike a chord with her debut worship album, Anthems and Arrows. In releasing a CD, Colescott hopes to use her music, talent, and personality to help people develop a more meaningful relationship with God.

    I didn’t plan it that way, but the top of our bedroom dresser has become the place to keep my hats—at least some of them. The four hats that currently rest there remind me of different roles that I play in life.

    In 1776, when our nation was in its infancy, the population was about 3 million people. Out of those 3 million people came such statesmen as George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin and many others that we have studied about in our history books.

    (I heard Tommy Oaks tell this story several years ago. I hope you enjoy it.) My uncle Charlie was one of the best hunters around. He used to take only 3 bullets with him when he went into the woods. He said anything more than that was just extra weight to carry around.
