The Indiana Region of the Cadillac and LaSalle Club wants to thank a number of people for the success of the 29th Annual Buick-Olds-Pontiac-Cadillac/LaSalle Show, held on June 10 at the Elwood Haynes Museum. Fifty-three cars from 1937 to 2002 graced the south lawn of the museum on that sunny Saturday, the largest turnout in twenty-five years.  We need to recognize the car owners who came from as far away as New Albany, Indiana,  north-western Ohio, Danville, Illinois, and Goshen, Indiana.  Many Howard County collectors came out in support as well.  The Pioneer Auto Club deserves kudos for allowing the use of their trailer, which served as a DJ booth/ public address system.  Pete Kelly and Jill Fortner of the Elwood Haynes Museum were very helpful in providing a great location for the show.  In addition to the Indiana Region of the Cadillac and LaSalle Club, the Indiana chapters of the Pontiac-Oakland Club and Buick Club of America deserve a great deal of thanks for encouraging their members to attend the show.  Here’s wishing the Buick Club the best of luck in hosting the 30th B-O-P-CLC Show next June!
