Kokomo High School
is accepting orders for All Sports Passes for the 2017-2018 school year. Passes for adults are $75, seniors (ages 65+) $60, and student passes are on sale for $25 through Aug. 18. Student tickets purchased on and after Aug. 19 will be $45. Girls or boys basketball season tickets are $40. Applications for the tickets can be found on the KHS Athletics website https://www.kokomoschools.com/Page/1940.

The 2017 Kokomo Lady Kats softball camps will be held Sept. 12-14 at Kokomo High School. This is a change from the previously released dates. The skills camp will be Sept. 12-13 from 4p-6p for 11-15 year olds and 6p-8p for 6-10 year olds. The skills camp will focus on hitting, fielding, and base running. On Sept. 14, there will be an additional camp held for pitchers and catchers. Intermediate/advanced pitchers and catchers will attend from 4p-5:30p. Beginning pitchers and catchers will be taught fundamentals from 5:30p-7p.

Eastern High School is selling tickets for the Lucas Oil Stadium Showcase on Sept. 16. The Comet football team will face Carroll at 2:30 p.m. Advanced tickets are available in the Eastern Athletic Office. Adults and students at $12 and children under 12 are $8. Tickets will be available at the gate for $15.

Haynes Apperson Sports Festival 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament results: In the 7-8 grade girl contest, team GWHAM comprised of Hudrey Koetter, Alexandra Merritt, Lilly Maple, and Leah Carter took the top prize. In the boys division at the same grade level, team BC Williams comprised of Reis Beard, James Williams, Josh Williams and Trejiaum Guym won. In the high school boys division, team Tigers with players Tayson Parker, TJ Macaluso, Brenden Maple, and Logan Bowser won. In the Mens open 19-34 year old group, team Practice?! with players David Amatuzzo, Benjamin Hartman, Graham Rentschler, Justin Tillman to home the trophy.
